Insource manages all compliance reporting and regulations for its employees including OSHA, EEOC, and Wage and Hour. Insource employees are eligible to work in the United States in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Department of Homeland Security. In addition, because Insource is a complete solution that makes all employment decisions, trains, and directs its employees, the risk of co-employment is eliminated.
How can I be certain that Insource will reduce costs?
Before we issue a proposal we perform an assessment of the operation. Assessments are performed by industrial engineers and entail touring the facility, mapping the operation, performing time studies, building elemental time models, and collecting historical operating data. We then triangulate our observations and analysis to the data provided to develop a total cost-of-output baseline that is shared and pressure-tested with the company to confirm its accuracy. We are accountable to a performance score card aligned with your key performance indicators. We continually revise these targets and reprioritize our continuous improvement initiatives to calibrate to your evolving goals and objectives.
If you drive productivity how do you ensure quality doesn’t suffer?
Insource does not pay based on piece-rate. Insource deploys multi-variable performance pay systems designed to align employee behaviors with all dimensions of operational performance. Our performance pay systems reward employees for quality, delivery, safety, and cost. We have successfully deployed our systems to reinforce the right behaviors in quality control and general production processes alike.
How will I ensure that I benefit as the operation continues to improve?
We work with our customers to create improvements that unlock financial gains within their operations and we share these gains with them through our pricing. We customize the specific method for identifying and sharing gains based on your unique operational conditions and changes.

The amount of year over year savings available can range from 3 – 20% and is dependent upon operational conditions, the scale of services, and the flexibility of the processes up and downstream to Insource’s area of responsibility. In every case, savings generated from improvements first go to off-set inflationary employment pressures and the remainder is shared with our clients.
How much does it cost to implement your solution?
Insource invests significant professional engineering time and resources in both the assessment and implementation of our solutions. The time and cost varies depending upon the size and complexity of the application. However, our view is long-term so we absorb these costs and consider this an investment in the partnership with our customers.
How does Insource screen new employees?
During the implementation process, Insource will gain complete understanding of all the processes that will be performed at the client location to ensure that the most qualified candidates are hired for all available positions. Criminal background checks are conducted during the hiring process.
How are Insource employees trained?
Insource creates a customized employee orientation process for all client locations that align with your current objectives. The orientation program is utilized by the Insource management team to train new employees. On the first day of work, an Insource employee is well assimilated to their new work environment.
