The orientation program is utilized by the Insource management team to train new employees. On the first day of work, an Insource employee is well assimilated to their new work environment.

How will Insource ensure that employees comply with our safety policies and procedures?

We strive to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. The Insource implementation team will partner with you to develop a safety program that incorporates all relevant components of your current safety program. During the orientation process, each Insource employee will be trained on all elements of the customized safety program.

What happens when a Insource employee is injured?

A representative from Insource is available at all times when there are Insource employees working at your location. In the event of a workplace injury, Insource will have the proper procedures in place to direct the injured employee to the appropriate local facility for medical attention.
